Dr. Durga Kovvali is the proud new owner of Warrawong Vets, bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the clinic. She is dedicated to transitioning the practice to ensure it remains both relevant and sustainable for the future.
Dr. Kovvali's journey in veterinary medicine began with her Bachelor in Veterinary Science from the University of Melbourne, which she completed in 2008. Her commitment to continuous learning led her to obtain a certificate in small animal veterinary practice from Murdoch University in 2016. Most recently, she completed a prestigious VIN internship in 2023, further enhancing her skills and knowledge.
Joining the Warrawong Vet family in 2009, Dr. Kovvali has been a vital part of the team for many years. Her extensive experience includes working at several practices in and around Sydney, allowing her to bring diverse insights and expertise to her current role.
Dr. Kovvali thrives on all aspects of general practice, especially the relationships she builds with her clients and their beloved pets. Her passion for veterinary medicine is evident in the compassionate care she provides and the strong bonds she forms within the community.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Kovvali is kept busy by her two children and her own animals.
